Report your cat as “lost”
If you have LOST your cat, please fill out the form below to enter its information in our public database, to help local shelters and Good Samaritans get in touch with you if they’ve found a cat that matches your description. (If you want to add details on a cat you have FOUND, go here.)
Remember though, even if you include your cat’s information here, you need to check shelters and continue to look for your cat on your own. Don’t count on overworked shelter staff to find your listing—make sure you go to your local shelter and physically look for your cat yourself. See our Resources page for tips on how to search for your cat.
An accurate description is VERY important. Please take a look at these links for some guidelines about how to describe various cat colors and coat patterns:
