What if searching for a lost cat was as simple as searching for something on Google?
The Baltimore Lost Cat Project is an effort to use technology to supplement tried-and-true “lost cat” flyers. We’re employing the power of social media and harnessing the capabilities of online databases to give Charm City’s lost pets a better chance of finding their way home.
This website contains lots of tips—both on how to search for a lost cat, and how to reunite a found cat with its family. We maintain an online database of user-submitted lost/found cats, and also collect listings from elsewhere around the internet. There is no company behind this effort, and no money is being made. We’re here purely to provide resources and share information, and we’re all volunteers. (In fact, we’re looking for MORE volunteers, if you’d like to help!)
